*$2,000RETENTION BONUS*The employee will receive 1/3 after completing 6 months of employment, 1/3 after completing 12 months of employment, and the remaining 1/3 after completing 18 months of employment.

Perform prescribed medical treatment and personal care services for clients in a mental health center's residential setting. Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and modification of the client's service plan. Administer the client's medication program as prescribed basedonCenter policies and procedures. Assist with vital sign and blood sugar level monitoring. Structure and monitor the personal and leisure activities of the client.Providefamily support and education. Provide for clients' and staff's safety. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Requirements:

• License to practice as an LPN in the State of Alabama.


• Will accept a new graduate. Experience is preferred but not required.


• Current/valid non-expired driver's license. This position requires driving. To meet the driving requirements, you must be at least 21 and have an insurable driving record.


• Social security card


• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word processing, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.


• You will be required to complete MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training.


• Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
