*$5,000 RETENTION BONUS*The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.

This position is responsible for counseling substance use and mentally ill individuals and/or groups and developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Requirements:

• Master's degreeinpsychology, counseling, or social workother human service field degrees will be considered.


• 1-3+ years of experience is preferred, but a new graduate will be considered.


• Current/valid non-expired driver's license.


• Social security card


• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as the ability to demonstrate computer skills in Word processing, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm.


• Orientation is required for employment. There are 5 days of paid orientation held Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
